Delivery

The majority of orders will enjoy FREE DELIVERY (sweet only orders over £200 excl VAT to an address in Zone 1), however, there are some surcharges* to consider.

Exact delivery charges are shown at checkout and are calculated using order value and delivery address. The map and table below explain our charges in detail, all prices exclude VAT (this is added at the checkout).

 

*Surcharge products are: Drinks, Slush, Ice Cream Sauces & Ice Poles

 

 

Non UK customers:

Where do we ship to?

Besides offering over 1,500 wholesale confectionery lines to the UK and Ireland markets, we are now also provide export services to Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Spain. Our system does allow us to supply goods at zero rate to VAT registered EU customers. If you are located in a different country, please email us at website@hancocks.co.uk to discuss.

British Forces:

Please note that all deliveries to British Forces Postcodes (BF) will be charged a delivery rate plus a surcharge. Please contact us at website@hancocks.co.uk for more details.

 

Despatch 

For Non UK and Ireland 

Please allow 2-7 working days for your order to arrive.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your order.

Despatch to UK 

If we receive your order before 10am Mon - Thurs we will make every effort to despatch it on the same day. THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.

The service we use is a 24 hour service from when your order has been completed and collected by the courier.

In busy periods we may require up to 72 hours to process your order and during peak seasonal periods it may take up to 5 days to despatch.

Larger orders despatched on pallets can take up to 3 working days to arrive. This is a "kerbside" delivery and someone will need to be available to unload the pallet if it cannot be left loaded.

If your order includes drinks, it will be delivered on a pallet.

Once our courier is in receipt of your order you will receive an email from them to track its progress, please liaise directly with them if you wish to rearrange the delivery day.
