Great news! We’ve totally revamped our delivery service for online orders and can now offer you free delivery throughout much of the UK if you order £150 online (excluding VAT). We believe that our new system is simpler to understand and ensures that delivery is free for the majority of our customers. There are a few inevitable surcharges to consider and these are explained in the following information. You can always access this information by viewing our delivery page, a link to which can be found at the top of every page. Delivery in more detail
The majority of orders will enjoy FREE DELIVERY (confectionery orders over £150 excluding VAT to an address in Zone 1) but there are some surcharges to consider.
Our delivery charges are calculated using your order value and your delivery address. The following map and table explains our charges in more detail:
You will be able to see your delivery charge at the checkout, when it can be calculated against your specific order and delivery postcode (please see below for a list of zone 2 postcodes). All prices exclude VAT. This is added at the checkout.
Southern Ireland (Republic of Ireland)
NON UK customers please note: our system does not allow us to supply goods at zero rate to VAT registered EU customers.
We deliver online orders to the UK and Southern Ireland only. If you are located overseas, we might still be able to help you. Please email email@example.com to enquire.
Your order will be despatched on a 24 hour courier service. In busy periods we can however require up to 72 hours to process your order. We will make every effort to despatch your order on the same day if we receive it before 10am but we CANNOT guarantee this.
Larger orders despatched on pallets can take up to three working days to arrive. This is a “kerbside” delivery service and someone will need to be available to unload the pallet if it cannot be left loaded. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us prior to ordering and we’ll try to help.
If your order includes drinks, it will be delivered on a pallet.
Orders to Northern and Southern Ireland are despatched on a two day service.
You can track your order once our courier is in receipt of it. You will receive an email from them containing full details and can liaise directly with them if you wish to rearrange your delivery day.
Your order will need to be signed for. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to do this.
