Continually looking to develop our service to you, we have acted upon customer feedback to improve the Hancocks website. As the range of wholesale confectionery that can now be purchased online has expanded to more than 1,500 products (and it’s still growing), we need to ensure that you can find what you want within a few clicks and shop quickly and easily. Furthermore we know that our cash and carry customers use the site to keep up to date with news and offers so we have also developed these areas further.
All of these improvements are wrapped up in a fresh new look. Moreover, the new site has been developed to operate effectively on all mobile devices, whether a smartphone or tablet. We know that many of our customers will place an order or check the news page whilst running their shop and we want to ensure that this is as easy as possible for you to do.
Designed to make ordering that bit easier, new features include:
Enhanced navigation and search – making it simpler and faster to shop. A new drop down menu, improved search results and category filtering make it easier to find the products you are looking for. Drill into your search results or shop by brand if you prefer.
Enhanced account management – we’ve developed your account dashboard further, giving you more ways to shop at speed. Functions now include a spreadsheet upload, a repeat your last order function and the ability to shop from your favourites, compiled from your previous orders.
Other new features include a ‘Notify me when back in stock’ function, a ‘New In’ category and enhanced information on each of our 20 cash and carries, providing all the details you’ll need to shop at your nearest Hancocks Cash and Carry depot.
