Description
These sweets might be called Liquorice Cream Rock but they are certainly not as hard as rock! Lovely black liquorice is combined with different flavours and colours of fondant to create a popular choice. Many retailers choose to pack these sweets into smaller amounts; either in bags or small jars. Alternatively, let your customers scoop them out of your pick and mix display.
