Click and Collect


Placing an order for collection could not be easier.

  1. Start your shop by selecting your preferred store from our stock view and you will see real time availability in that location
  2. Add your items to your online shopping trolley and pay online
  3. If ordered before 12pm you can collect store from 11am the following day (the day after if placed after 12pm)


How much does this service cost?
Our Click & Collect service is free of charge.
Can I pay in store?
You'll need to pay online during the checkout process. You can pay with a Debit/Credit Card or via PayPal. We will not charge your payment method until your order is ready for collection, there are no hidden charges when paying online.
Is shopping online with you safe and secure?
Our website is secure and PCIDSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
Can I place and order for delivery and collection?
Currently you can only order for delivery or collection. If you do want to place an order for delivery and collection you will need to place two separate orders.
Why are some products only available for delivery?
Currently products marked as 'online exclusive' are only available to order online for delivery as they are not ranged in our stores.
How will I know my order is ready to collect?
As soon as your order is ready to collect we will send you an email notification. Please always check opening hours when collecting your order. Store locator.
How long do I have to wait to collect my order?
Orders placed before 12pm will be ready for collection after 11am the next day. Collection is only available on the days our stores are open.
How long will you hold my order for?
Once your order is ready for collection we will hold your order for 7 days. If you don't collect your order within 7 days we will cancel and refund your order. If you have an exceptional circumstance which means you can't collect within 7 days please contact us on 0330 2020903 and we will try to accommodate your request.
Do I need to bring any identification with me when collecting my order?
Please remember to bring along your ready to collect confirmation email or photo ID.
