Here at Hancocks we not only offer the broadest range of wholesale sweets, chocolate and confectionery, but we also offer a range of delivery services at competitive prices. Serving the whole of the UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, we use trusted and reliable couriers to deliver the best bulk confectionery when you need it.

Details of our services can be found below. For all of our delivery services, we will always give you an accurate delivery date during the checkout process and we continue to offer FREE delivery to most UK addresses on orders over £250 (ex. VAT).

Click & Collect

Did you know that we have 14 wholesale stores located throughout the UK? Each of them offers a FREE Click & Collect service, too!

With our new website, we have updated our Click & Collect process online to make things simpler and easier for our customers. As you are shopping, fill your trolley with products that are marked as available for Click & Collect and then select your preferred store during the 'Delivery Option' section of the checkout process. Then, our in-store confectionery experts will pick your order and you will be notified when it is ready to collect. If the chosen store does not have the product(s) you have requested, if we have the stock available in our central warehouse at the point of order we will deliver any differences to you via courier - for no further charge.

To avoid wasted journeys, please do not travel to the store to collect your order before receiving confirmation that it is ready.

UK & Northern Ireland Delivery

All of our services include an accurate delivery date given during the checkout process.

International Delivery

As a result of the logistical complications following Brexit, we are currently unable to provide a reliable delivery service outside of the UK, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. We do, however, welcome orders over £1000 (ex. VAT) providing that you arrange collection from our main distribution centre and make independent shipping arrangements. This service is available during the checkout process. All orders will include the applicable UK VAT rate until Proof of Export (POE) is provided. Upon receipt of POE, the value of the VAT incurred will be refunded. You can continue to shop with VAT exemption as long as we continue to receive valid POE for each order placed.

Exact delivery charges and dates are shown at checkout and are calculated using the order value and delivery address entered. You are eligible for FREE standard delivery to a UK delivery address when you spend over £250 (ex. VAT). Orders under £250 (ex. VAT) are subject to a £10.99 delivery charge for this service.

Orders for delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man are subject to a £19.99 delivery charge for standard delivery on orders over £250 (ex. VAT) and a £29.99 delivery charge when the order value is less than £250 (ex. VAT). Please note: Aberdeen postcodes AB31-35 and AB41-45 are classed as Highlands addresses by our courier partners. The price reflects the premium charged by couriers delivering to the Highlands, Scottish Isles and Northern Ireland.

Wherever possible, orders under £500 will be delivered by DPD. We believe in using the best and DPD remains the most innovative parcel carrier. Thanks to their industry-leading Predict service, we provide our customers with a one-hour delivery window and you are notified by text and email, so you won't have to wait all day. What's more, it enables you to track the progress of your delivery on a real-time map – all the way down to a final 15-minute time slot.

Higher value orders are generally despatched on pallets. This is a kerbside delivery and someone will need to be available to unload the pallet if it cannot be left loaded. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your order. For any other delivery queries, please contact our team and they will gladly help you out.

Northern Ireland Windsor Agreement

Agreed in February 2023, the Windsor Framework between the UK and the EU addresses post-Brexit trade issues in Northern Ireland. Modifying the Northern Ireland Protocol, it reduces trade barriers between Great Britain and Northern Ireland while maintaining an open border with the Republic of Ireland. As part of the agreement, there is a green lane for goods staying in Northern Ireland and a red lane for items intended for the EU. From 1st October 2024 Hancocks distributes products to Northern Ireland via the green lane, which means all products shipped will be marked ‘not for the EU’.
