In general orders under £500 will be delivered by DPD
We believe in using the best. DPD is the most innovative parcel carrier around. Thanks to their industry-leading Predict service, we provide order recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by text and email, so your don't have to wait in all day. What's more, it enables you to watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot.
If you did not receive a DPD notification email shorty after receiving your order dispatched email then it is likely that your order will be delivered via the pallet network. Drivers are generally good at ringing ahead of delivery giving you enough time to prepare.
